Huntress has straightforward, transparent pricing, based on the number of endpoints (EDR), identities (ITDR), data sources (SIEM), and learners (SAT). For our most accurate pricing, fill out the form to schedule a demo so we can assess how Huntress fits into your organizational goals.

1. MSPs:

• Term: Standard term is 12 months.

• Billing: Monthly, billed in arrears based on deployed usage.

• Mid-term changes: You may increase your minimum commitment mid-term to access a lower rate. Doing so restarts the 12-month term from the new signing date.

• Overages: Usage above your committed minimum is not currently auto-billed and is handled manually.

2. Direct Customers:

• Term: Standard term is 12 months.

• Billing options:

  • Monthly: Billed monthly based on total deployed usage. Example: If your license minimum is 250 and 275 endpoints are deployed, you are billed for 275.

  • Annual: One-time annual payment for the committed minimum, with monthly billing for overages. Example: If your license minimum is 250 and 275 endpoints are deployed, you are billed monthly for the 25 overage endpoints.

  • Mid-term upgrades: You may increase your deployed usage during the term; overages are billed according to your selected billing option.

  • Overages: Overages are not currently auto-billed and are processed manually.

3. Resellers:

• Term: Standard term is 12 months.

• Billing options: Annual.

• Overages: Not currently auto-billed and handled manually.

Huntress is a channel-first company. We work with thousands of partners globally. We try to make it easy to purchase through your preferred partner, be it a managed service provider, technology reseller, or the Azure Marketplace. If you only source products directly, we can support that, too if necessary.

Huntress is designed and priced for organizations of all sizes. Our simple per‑unit pricing includes 24/7 SOC monitoring and remediation—no feature gating into higher tiers and no add‑on fees to “unlock” response.

There are no separate setup or onboarding fees with Huntress — with the right global permissions, an IT admin can usually deploy the entire Huntress platform in under 1 hour.

All of our managed products include our 24/7 human SOC to investigate threats and stage remediations as part of the price, not an add-on. What you own is deploying Huntress, acting on our SOC's recommendations, and integrating into your security stack.

We recommend you buy Huntress through your MSP or your preferred technology reseller. That being said, it is possible to purchase Huntress directly. There is a Huntress-required 50 minimum seat count per product when doing so and you will be responsible for deployment, portal monitoring and management, responding to incident reports from our SOC, and tech integrations.
