Do you want in on a secret? A Huntress product researcher is unique to Huntress. Product research sits at the intersection of a product's engineers, product manager, detection engineers, the SOC. It's really a central role that works with everyone to figure out what we need to do next. I think our main goal though is to be advocates for our platform and for our product. We try to find threats ourselves. We dive into our own operating system. We try to pick at things. We try to break things. Because if we can do it, someone is either already doing it or about to do it. Our job is to be operating before the product team really even gets involved. So each of us has our very own specialty, and our job is to really drive and spearhead any new features for the product. The research role is extremely important because you want to have people that, again, are kind of leading the chart from a standpoint of experimentation and getting out in front of what we're gonna end up building from an engineering standpoint. Try to identify the threats that our customers are currently being faced with, and we try to address those. From end to end, the researcher has to understand how Huntress platform works today, the threat landscape, as well as the solution to shut down that threat, and how to integrate that into Huntress technology. The number one question we ask ourselves internally is what does the customer get out of this? What is the benefit they have? What do we get to give back to the customer? I love being in there and listening, finding out what their pain points are, finding out how that can be improved. We built this product for you. We wanna know if it's working for you or not for you.
