Kristin Dean brings more than 15 years of building people strategy from the ground up to her role as Chief People Officer at Huntress. What drew her here wasn't just the mission — it's that Huntress is still led by the same three founders who started it, with a clear focus on building great products for the 99%, not just the enterprise few. That customer-first, community-first mindset shows up in the team too: Kristin says she was welcomed with open arms by a group she calls genuinely strong at what they do.
Before Huntress, she led HR for Arctic Wolf through a period of explosive growth — scaling the company from 150 to 3,500 employees across 25 countries — following earlier leadership roles at Revel, Delegat, and Code42. A University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate with a 2025 SHRM certification in HR and AI, she's been named a Notable Leader in Human Resources, a 40 Under 40 honoree, and a Women in Business Award recipient. Kristin's favorite cybersecurity tip: "MFA. This has saved my bacon many times."
