Shannon Grey, Senior Product Researcher
With degrees and field experience in Forensic Psychology, the niche intersection of behavioral science applied to criminal justice populations, Shannon has a curiosity for "the why" behind the actions of others. This has prompted her to chase understanding hackers and protecting end users by way of research and education on exact behaviors that hackers social engineer and exploit.
Today, she channels that curiosity into product research at Huntress, where she studies emerging phishing tradecraft and builds realistic, one-to-one phishing scenarios for learners in the SAT product. She spent years in defensive security protecting household names, including Vimeo and Major League Baseball, where she helped safeguard the league, its 30-plus clubs, and millions of fans. When she steps away from the keyboard, you will find her traveling, hiking, rock climbing, or hunting down the best food crawls across NYC.
