HACKING THE VIDEO DISPLAY
Swapping the video on your video player works the same way as an old USB stick did, and yes, we know that’s the real reason you're here. Convert the file to spec, then plug the brochure into any computer. Delete our video and drag your new one in. You don't need to file a ticket. You've got this handled yourself.
Get your video ready
Before it'll play, your file needs to match these specs:
Format: MP4
Resolution: 720p or 1024x600
Bitrate: 5,000–8,000 kbps
Frame rate: 20–30 fps
Encoding: AVC (H.264) or MPEG4 (DivX/Xvid)
Load it onto the brochure
Plug the brochure into a PC using a USB-C cable.
Give it a second. It'll show up as a drive, the same way a USB stick would.
Open the drive and delete the old video file.
Drag your converted video into the drive.
Unplug the brochure. It's ready to play.
That's the whole hack. If the video doesn't play once you unplug it, check the specs above first. Mismatched resolution or bitrate is the usual reason.
